The EMN produces yearly Annual Policy Reports, which outline the most significant political and legislative (including EU) developments, as well as public debates in the area of migration and asylum, within the Member States.

EMN Annual Policy Reports are used to produce the Commissions’ Annual Report on Immigration and Asylum. The production of the EMN Annual Policy Report is based on National Reports, which each EMN NCP is required to provide every year, describing the migration and asylum situation in the Member State, including policy developments and relevant statistics. To this aim, common specifications are developed for the production of the EMN Annual Policy Report.
