These two days of reflection and discussion involved the presence and participation of Nicolas Schmit, Minister of Labour, Employment and Immigration, Prof. Dr. Rolf Tarrach, Rector of the Universiy of Luxembourg and Ass.-Prof. Dr. Christel Baltes-Löhr, coordinator of the European Migration Network at the national level as well as high-level academic researchers who presented their views on a myriad of issues relating to family reunification and migration policies.
