The initial postponement of this year’s IMISCOE-Conference due to the COVID-19-Crisis was a heavy blow, but absolutely necessary for everyone’s health and safety. However, it has been possible to postpone the IMISCOE Conference in Luxembourg to 2021.
The 18th IMISCOE-conference took place in Luxembourg from July 7 to July 9, 2021.
The conference theme ‘Crossing borders, connecting cultures’ remained relevant and stayed as a theme for the conference in 2021. Yet, a new Call for Papers was issued in fall 2020. Enabling participants to present their most up-to-date-research and give the possibility to reflect on this crisis in the research.
